These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the EmunPublishing website, create an account or purchase products through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
EmunPublishing sells printed books, digital books and other publishing-related products displayed on the website.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Product images may differ slightly from the delivered product because of screen settings, printing variations or later editions.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless otherwise stated.
The website will indicate whether VAT is included. Delivery charges and other applicable fees will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an incorrect price affects an order, we will contact the customer before processing it.
4. Orders
An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout. An automatic order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
An automatic confirmation that an order was received does not prevent us from cancelling an order when:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- The order contains an obvious price or product error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity
- Delivery is not possible to the supplied address
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include card payments, PayPal or other payment providers.
Payments are processed securely by the selected payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
6. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery costs are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed. We will inform the customer about significant delays when reasonably possible.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
For physical products, the withdrawal period normally begins when the customer receives the product.

Include your name, order number, the product concerned and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
The customer must return the product within the legally applicable period after notifying us. The product should be handled only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a physical product.
Where legally required, we will refund eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the original purchase. Additional delivery costs selected by the customer may not be refundable.
A refund may be withheld until the returned product is received or the customer provides evidence that it has been returned, where permitted by law.
8. Digital content
Different withdrawal rules may apply to digital books, downloadable files or other digital content.
Where immediate delivery of digital content begins during the withdrawal period, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.
The checkout must clearly request this consent when required. These terms alone do not replace the required checkout consent.
Digital products may not be copied, redistributed, resold or made publicly available unless the product licence expressly permits it.
9. Returns
Before returning a product, contact:
We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Returned physical products should be securely packaged. The customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Do not return products to a payment provider.
10. Incorrect or damaged products
Customers should inspect delivered products within a reasonable time.
If a product is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs where relevant
Statutory consumer rights, including the right to complain about faulty goods, are not limited by these terms.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method.
Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. We are not responsible for additional processing time controlled by the payment provider after a refund has been issued.

Customers are responsible for:

- Keeping passwords confidential
- Informing us about suspected unauthorised account access
- Not using the website unlawfully
We may restrict or close an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or serious violations of these terms.
13. Author and seller submissions
Authors and sellers may submit books for review through the website. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
EmunPublishing may approve, reject or request changes to a submission. The author or seller must confirm that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted text, images, cover artwork and other materials.
Separate publishing or seller terms may apply. The sale of an approved book and the payment of author compensation or royalties must be governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.
These store terms do not by themselves establish a publishing contract, royalty rate or ownership transfer.
14. Intellectual property
The website’s design, branding, text, graphics and other protected material may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Authors and other rights holders retain the rights specified in their applicable written agreements.
Purchasing a book does not transfer its copyright or publication rights to the customer.

We aim to keep the website accessible and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, EmunPublishing is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase agreement was made.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, payment methods, delivery arrangements or legal obligations change.
The terms applicable to a purchase are normally those presented when the order was placed.
